Booking and Payment Process

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or other activities that may pose risks. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized individuals is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. The vehicle must not be used for purposes it was not intended for, nor should passenger or weight limits be exceeded. Travel outside the specified geographical limits requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Surbiton will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or business related to your use of our services.
